Packing for the next leg of our Vagabond Adventure

Hey gang—

Trip prep is in full swing and honestly, it feels like we’ve already started the adventure. Rolled up our sleeves for a few more shots (everything from typhoid to Japanese encephalitis vaccines), filled out more visa forms than an IRS bureaucrat, and kept one eye on the headlines in places we’ll be passing through (tensions in Pakistan/India, Gen Zers rioting in Nepal who have had it with the old guard there).

We’ll see if back-up routes are necessary and punt from there—because what’s an adventure without a few plot twists? Bags aren’t packed yet, but the preparation has begun! This trip requires every kind of weather from Dubai and Mumbai heatwaves to snow in the Bhutan highlands.

Next stop: the open road!
